Before the Court is Defendant Woori Bank’s (“Woori”) motion to dismiss Plaintiff ACR Systems Inc.’s (“ACR”) amended complaint pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6). The amended complaint asserts claims for wrongful dishonor of a letter of credit, civil conspiracy, and punitive damages. For the reasons set *474forth below, Woori’s motion is DENIED as to the wrongful dishonor claim and GRANTED as to the claims for civil conspiracy and punitive damages.
