ANDERSON, Justice.

In this workers’ compensation case, the trial court awarded the plaintiff 50 percent permanent partial disability benefits, for a work-related back injury. The defendant contends that the trial court erred by finding (1) that it had actual notice of the plaintiff’s injury; (2) that the medical proof was sufficient to establish that the plaintiff’s injury arose out of and in the course of her employment; (3) that any misrepresentation in the plaintiff’s employment application was not causally connected to the work-related injury and was not willful; and (4) that the…
