Lorraine Weckel, Administratrix for the Estate of Patricia Deacher (Decedent), appeals an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Lackawanna County (trial court) granting summary judgment to the Car-fa ondale Housing Authority (Authority) in the Estate’s wrongful death and survival action. The trial court held that Weckel failed to produce evidence sufficient to establish a prim a facie case of negligence. Finding no error, we affirm.
