Anna J. Bates appeals from the August 26, 2015, order of the Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County (trial court), entering summary judgment on all claims in favor of Community Education Centers, Inc. (CEC). Bates argues that the trial court erred in granting summary judgment because: (1) it violated the coordinate jurisdiction rule, which generally prohibits a transferee judge from overruling an order entered by a prior judge, and (2) genuine issues of material fact exist.
