This Adversary Proceeding is before the Court upon the Motion for Summary Judgment filed by the Defendants, DeLong, Caldwell, Novotny & Bridgers, LLC, and Earnest H. DeLong, Jr., (hereinafter “Defendants”). The Plaintiff, the bankruptcy Trustee J. Lester Alexander, III (hereinafter “Trustee”) filed an opposition to the summary judgment motion. (Doc. 156).
