Mrs. A. E. Culwell, joined pro forma by her husband, H. E. Culwell, brought this suit against the St. Paul Fire & Marine Insurance Company to recover the amount of two ‘insurance policies on a stock of drugs and fixtures destroyed by fire. The trial was before the court without a jury, and judgment was rendered in favor of the plaintiffs.' The defendant appeal^ The parties will be referred to as in the trial court.
