This is an employment discrimination case. Pending before the court is a motion for summary judgment (ECF No. 45) filed by defendant Johnson & Johnson, Inc. Vd/ b/a Ethicon, Inc. (“Ethicon”) seeking judgment as a matter of law against plaintiff Norma Bielich (“Bielich”) with respect to all claims asserted in her first amended complaint. (ECF No. 14.)
