This case was brought in the First Section of the District Court of San Juan by Maria and Benito del Rivero Hernandez against Gregorio and Mariano Hernández, wherein they sought.the annulment of a dominion title and the cancellation of the registration thereof.
Inasmuch as before they could maintain a suit of this nature the plaintiffs must show themselves to be the owners *870of the property involved, this question of ownership became fundamental in the proceeding which they had instituted.
