The appellant was a defendant in an action on notes and to foreclose a mortgage. She answered in one pleading paragraph containing a great number of rhetorical paragraphs. The appellee filed a motion to strike out the answer -.on the ground that it did not conform to the code or the rules of this Supreme Court of Indiana.
