Ernest S. Richardson, after waiving trial by jury, was found guilty of taking indecent liberties with his seven-year-old daughter and contributing to her delinquency. He was sentenced to imprisonment in the penitentiary for a term of not less than two nor more than ten years. On this writ of error he contends that the evidence was insufficient to sustain a conviction and that he was deprived of his constitutional right to due process and equal protection of the laws.
