COFFEY, Circuit Judge.

George C. Hook, an attorney, was indicted along with Carmen Viana, the owner of Wit-tek Industries, for stealing funds from the Wittek company’s employee pension plan, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 664; wire fraud, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1343; and money laundering, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1956. Viana fled to Brazil and there is an outstanding warrant for her arrest, although according to the Assistant United States Attorney, extradition is unlikely.
