Appellant, Bill Crawford d/b/a Crawford Builders, Inc., appeals from an order granting summary judgment to appellees.

On November 16, 1995, appellant signed a contract with James Culp, Superintendent of the Lee Country School District, for asbestos abatement and soffit covering at Strong Elementary School. Appellant agreed to do the work for the sum of $27,500.
