In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for breach of an equipment lease, the plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Durante, J.), dated June 9, 1998, which denied its motion for partial summary judgment in its favor for unpaid rent in the amount of $275,658.62.

Ordered that the order is reversed, on the law, with costs, and the motion is granted.
