ORDER DENYING DEBTOR’S APPEAL

On October 1, 1992, appellant, Gateway-North Estates, Inc. (“Debtor”) filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code. On November 5, 1992, the United States Trustee (“Trustee”) filed a motion to convert the Chapter 11 proceeding to a case under Chapter 7 of the United States Bankruptcy Code, and in the alternative, a motion to dismiss the case.
