CAMERON, Judge.
The petitioners, being the widow and three minor children of Howard Thiel, brought a Writ of Certiorari to review the award of the Industrial Commission denying death benefits.
At the time of his death, Howard Thiel was the comptroller for the respondent American Investors Life Insurance Company in its home office in Phoenix. The evidence indicates that Howard Thiel, as comptroller, not only worked long and hard for his company, but was emotionally involved with the problems the company was experiencing.
