Appellee Hansel & Gretel Children’s Shop, Inc. [H & G] sued appellant Sandy International, Inc. [Sandy] to enjoin infringement of two trademarks and a trade name. After a jury trial, the trial court granted a permanent injunction in favor of H & G.
