Respondent, Daniel P. Hollman, was admitted to the practice of law in New York by this Judicial Department on December 9, 1957. At all times relevant herein, respondent *329has maintained an office for the practice of law within the First Judicial Department.

On April 13, 1988, respondent pleaded guilty in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York to three counts of willfully and knowingly failing to file Federal income tax returns for the years 1983, 1984 and 1985, in violation of 26 USC § 7203.
