The issue as presented is whether a beneficiary under accident insurance provisions which expressly exclude coverage for death caused by poison may recover the accidental death benefits where insured's death resulted from self-administered poison while insane. (We set out the policy provisions in the footnote.*) The case is here upon certification from the Kansas City Court of Appeals. See Fields v. Pyramid Life Insurance Company, 169 S.W.2d 111.
