FINCH, Judge.

Plaintiff, the beneficiary in two life insurance policies which provided addition1 al benefits in the event of death by accidental means, brought suit thereon, claiming her husband died as a result of an accident. Trial before the court without a jury resulted in a judgment for $3,325.00 ($1,000.00 principal, $312.50 interest, $100.-00 penalty, and $250.00 attorney’s fees on each policy). Defendant appealed to the St. Louis Court of Appeals, which reversed. We ordered the case transferred to this court and it will be determined here “the same as on original appeal.” Rule…
