{¶ 1} After he was convicted of aggravated murder and sentenced to life in prison, Mitchell R. Ruble filed this appeal.

{¶ 2} First Ruble asserts that the trial court abused its discretion by admitting the detailed and graphic testimony of two state witnesses concerning his unwarranted use of force as a deputy sheriff against an arrestee.
