WEINFELD, District Judge.
Plaintiff moves, pursuant to Rule 50 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, 28 U.S.C.A., to set aside a jury verdict in the defendant’s favor and for judgment non obstante veredicto. He also moves to amend his complaint, to amend his answers to defendant’s interrogatories, and for other relief.
