Plaintiff, through its counsel Lazarus & Lazarus, P.C., and particularly, Harlan M. Lazarus, Esq. (individually and collectively with the Lazarus firm “Lazarus”), initiated this action in New York state court on April 19, 2011. Defendants removed it to *327this Court on June 3, 2011. (Docket No. 1.)
