In a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 to compel respondent Putnam-Northern Westchester Board of Cooperative Educational Services to reinstate petitioners to *312their former teaching positions with back pay and all other emoluments of employment, petitioners appeal from a judgment which dismissed the proceeding. We reverse, reinstate the proceeding and remit the matter to Special Term for further proceedings consistent herewith.
