Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court at Special Term (Ellison, J.), entered May 25, 1984 in Delaware County, which dismissed petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, to compel respondent Board of Education to appoint petitioner as driver education teacher.
