Starbucks Coffee Company (“Starbucks Company”) appeals two orders of the district court, granting judgment in favor of the original Plaintiff-Appellee, Robert Ka-lani, in his action for injunctive relief under Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), 42 U.S.C, § 12181 et seq., and statutory damages under the California Unruh Civil Rights Act (“Unruh Act”), Cal. Civ. Code § 51 et seq. Starbucks Company also appeals the district court’s order granting in part and denying in part Plaintiff-Appellee’s request for attorneys’ fees and costs.
