COX, Circuit Judge:
Harold B. Clark appeals the district court’s denial of his 28 U.S.C. § 2254 petition. Clark was convicted in a Florida state court of attempted first-degree murder and burglary. In his habeas petition, Clark argues that his attempted murder conviction violates the Due Process Clause and must be set aside because the jury’s general verdict may have been based on the “legally inadequate” theory of attempted felony murder.
