Robert M. Lunsford, as executor of the will of Minnie Lolita Willieh, deceased, filed a petition for citation in the county court of Macon county, sitting in probate, under section 183 of the Probate Act [Ill. Rev. Stat. 1947, ch. 3, par. 335; Jones Ill. Stats. Ann. 110.432]. The petition alleged, in substance, that the respondent, John F.
