Plaintiffs are stockholders in the Stott Bealty Company, a corporation. Defendants include the corporation and other stockholders. On April 29,1937, plaintiffs filed their bill of complaint, alleging that the charter of the corporation had become void for failure to pay its annual privilege fees for two consecutive years. They asked that a receiver be- appointed and the business of the corporation wound up.
