This matter comes before the Court on defendants’, Habib Georges Chami (“Chami”) and J. Peaceful, L.C. (“J. Peaceful”), Motions to Dismiss pursuant to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 12(b)(2) for lack of personal jurisdiction, and 12(b)(6) for failure to state upon which relief can be granted.
