The appeal in this case is from a judgment of the Superior Court of Baltimore City. The facts are, that the Mary.land Agricultural Company of Baltimore City (the appellee here), was a corporate body, engaged in the sale of agricultural implements, &c., in said city. In the course of its business, it was unable to meet its obligations and was on the first of October, 1896, compelled to execute a deed of trust of all its property for the benefit of its creditors, without priority or preference.
