Defendant W.C.P. appeals from a December 15, 2015 sua sponte order reinstating a final restraining order (FRO) entered against him in favor of plaintiff T.M.S. pursuant to the Prevention of Domestic Violence Act (PDVA), N.J.S.A 2C:25-17 to -35. He also appeals from the February 22, 2016 and July 1, 2016 Family Part orders denying his subsequent applications to vacate the reinstated FRO.
