DECISION

{¶ 1} Relator, Allied Holdings, Inc., has filed an original action in mandamus requesting this court to issue a writ of mandamus ordering respondent, Industrial Commission of Ohio, to vacate its order that denied relator's motion seeking a finding of fraud against respondent-claimant, Steven L. Meade, an Allied employee with an allowed claim for temporary total disability ("TTD") compensation.
