Nichols, J. —

Action by appellee for an injunction against the operation of a nuisance, to abate the same and to close the residence property occupied by appellant Levy, and owned by him jointly with appellant Assael, because of alleged liquor law violations.

The court sustained a demurrer by appellee to appellants’ plea in abatement, overruled appellants’ motion to make the complaint more specific, overruled appellants’ motion to strike out parts of the complaint, overruled appellants’ respective demurrers to the complaint, and, at the conclusion of the evidence, found that appellant Levy kept…
