On May 4, 1971, the complaint was filed in the above-styled cause predicating relief upon certain orders of the Interstate Commerce Commission. Sometime after the filing of the complaint, the defendants moved to stay all further proceedings pending a final adjudication of Admiral-Merchants Motor Freight, Inc., et al. v.
