MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

LIMBAUGH, District Judge.

This matter is before the Court on the defendants’ motion to enforce consent decree filed February 26, 1993. Responsive pleadings have been filed by both the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the defendants.

In July 1991, the EPA brought suit against the defendants under Sections 104, 106(a), and 107(a) of the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), 42 U.S.C. §§ .9604, 9606(a), and 9607(a), as amended by the Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act of 1986 (SARA), PL 99-499, 100 Stat. 1613 et seq.,…
