Pro se Plaintiff Ricky Kamdem-Ouaffo (“Plaintiff’) bring this Second Amended Complaint (“SAC”) against Pepsico, Inc. (“PepsiCo”), Dr. Peter S. Given, Jr. (“Dr. Given”), Dr. Naijie Zhang (“Dr. Zhang”), ScentSational Technologies LLC (“ScentSational”), and Steven M.
