{¶ 1} Respondent, John Joseph Peden of Columbus, Ohio, Attorney Registration No. 0021233, was admitted to the Ohio bar in 1983. The Board of Commissioners on Grievances and Discipline recommends that we indefinitely suspend Peden’s license to practice law, based on findings that Peden engaged in a pattern of misconduct involving multiple violations of the Rules of Professional Conduct. The board also recommends that we require Peden to meet certain conditions prior to reinstatement of his law license.
