* Rehearing denied November 28, 1932. Certiorari granted by Supreme Court January 3, 1933. Plaintiff corporation, alleging that it sold and delivered certain merchandise to Mrs. Karnofsky, prays for a judgment for the unpaid balance due thereon not only against the said Mrs. Karnofsky, but also solidarily against her husband.

It is contended that there is a community of property between the said husband and the said wife; that the wife is engaged in business as a public merchant; and that for these reasons, although the said husband was not interested in the said business, his liability…
