¶ 1 Appellant Bobbie Krell appeals from the Court of Common Pleas of Dauphin County’s entry of judgment of non pros in favor of Appellee Lawrence Silver, M.D., and the denial of Appellant’s motion for reconsideration filed with regard thereto.
