Robert L. and Maryanne P. Showalter appeal an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County (trial court) denying their motions for post-trial relief. 1 By their motion, the Showalters requested the trial court to set aside a jury award of $325,000 for property taken through condemnation by Pennridge School District (Pennridge). The principal issues on appeal concern certain evidentiary rulings by the trial court, which the Showalters believe constituted reversible error.
