Larwood Weslie Alexander, hereinafter called plaintiff, sued defendants, Kansas City Stock Yards Company, a corporation, F.E. Watkins, and Olin Crotchett for damages because of injuries sustained by plaintiff when he was attacked by a bull. The cause as to all defendants, was submitted to a jury and there was a verdict, and judgment was rendered thereon, in favor of plaintiff and against defendant Kansas City Stock Yards Company; but there was no verdict whatever, and consequently, no judgment, regarding either of the remaining defendants.
