BARRETT, Circuit Judge.
Fleming Building Company, (Fleming), appeals from a judgment denying its claim for damages against the Northeastern Oklahoma Building and Construction Trades Council, (Council).
This action is based upon Section 303 of the Labor Management Relations Act, 29 U.S.C.A. § 187. The controversy giving rise to this suit occurred during the construction of a Pontiac dealership building in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Fleming was the general contractor for the construction of the building.
