— This case' adds another chapter to the litigad tion between the plaintiff and the board of trustees of the policemen’s pension fund of the city of Des Moines. For the prior cases, see Riley v. Crawford, 181 Iowa 1219; Riley v. City of Des Moines, 203 Iowa 1240.
