This is an action of tort brought to recover damages arising out of injuries sustained by a three year old girl when bitten by a dog owned by the male defendant. The trial judge found for the plaintiff on the counts against him. (the only appellant) and for the defendant Beatrice Chartier on the counts against her.
It was stipulated that the dog involved was owned and controlled by the defendant Arthur J. Chartier Jr.
