This case concerns discrimination and retaliation claims brought by plaintiff Olaf Venter (“plaintiff’ or “Venter”), a former employee of the United States Postal Service (“USPS”), who alleges that he was terminated because of his age and disability, and in retaliation for statutorily-protected activities.
