This is an appeal on questions of law from the Court of Common Pleas of Clermont county, wherein judgment was rendered in favor of the defendant.

The plaintiff brought suit and recovered a judgment against The Crumley, 'Jones & Crumley Company, engaged in the engineering and contracting business, and hereinafter designated as the “insured.” In a proceeding based upon a supplemental petition, the plaintiff by virtue of the provisions of §9510-4 GC, sought to have certain insurance carried by the insured with its co-defendant, The Ohio Farmers’ Indemnity Company, applied to…
