This is an appeal from an order of the Ninety-Sixth district court, denying appellant’s application for the appointment of a receiver, the issuance of a temporary writ of injunction, and an accounting. So far as we deem it necessary to state, the case made by appellant’s application is one in which it appears that appellant, on the 25th day of August, 1925, procured a divorce from appellee, dissolving a common-law marriage alleged to have theretofore existed.
