Defendants-appellants Oscar Hughes and Julia Ellen Hughes Knudsen (herein sometimes called Oscar Hughes and Julia Knudsen) appeal from the judgment entered in a suit to construe a will. The other defendants did not appeal. As the judgment determined the parties’ respective interests in the testator’s residence property, title to real estate is involved. See State ex rel. Brown v. Hughes, 345 Mo. 958, 137 S. W. 2d 544, 545. And the record affirmatively shows that these two defendants-appellants together claim a one-half interest in personalty of a total value of over $17,000.
