This is an appeal from an order entered by the District Court 1 for the Eastern District of Missouri granting summary judgment on the plaintiffs motion relating to the Labor Management Relations Act (LMRA) claim, but denied as to the plaintiffs claim pursuant to the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA), 658 F.Supp. 84 (1987).
