This is an appeal from a decree of the Chancellor.

*450The facts in the case, as well as the contentions of counsel, and the cases cited, are so fully and clearly stated in the Chancellor’s opinion, ante p. 112, it is'deemed unnecessary to restate them here. And, moreover, it is not the purpose of this court to reverse the decree of the Chancellor, but only to modify to some extent the language of his opinion.
